Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We have an in-house UPS department which makes it very efficient in order for us to pack and ship your custom items to you. Our UPS account is insured and every package generates an automatic tracking # so you know where your item is during transit. UPS is our preferred shipping method.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a flat UPS rate for all Virginia orders via UPS Ground for $10, which is delivered on average in 1-5 business days. You may choose UPS Next-Day Air for a flat rate of $39.99. Although our cost is sometimes higher, we offer these flat rates to simplify the ordering process and to give you quality guaranteed delivery and UPS tracking and confirmation information.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $130.

What If I Have A Rush Order?  

We do our best to get your product expedited and shipped when you need it. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Some orders placed on Fridays will ship the following business day. It’s our business to meet your needs.

In-store pickup

You can avoid the $10 UPS  shipping fee with free local pickup at 5606 Greendale Road, Henrico, VA 23228. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We will notify you when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply shoot Aaron an email and he will do what is required to satisfy your needs.
